Gympie Ultimate is new. It is exciting and fun.

Casual "pick up" games and training takes place every Sunday, 4pm. Bring a white and black shirt along with you, as teams are formed each week. You'll be taught to throw and basic rules of the game, which are easy to learn. Football boots / touch shoes are best, although sandshoes/runners work almost as well. Bring something to drink as you'll do a bit of running

Try something athletically different and fun.
